We denounce the unlimited dispossession of the Bongo family by the Gabonese authorities, outside of any legal framework and in the most complete opacity, including of property inherited from Omar Bongo or acquired before Ali Bongo's first term:

• the signatures of asset transfers and blank transfers (whose recipient is unknown), the bank transfers under torture of Sylvia and Noureddin

• illegal occupations of Bongo family properties by people close to the new government

• the illegal seizures of the Bongo family's documents and personal effects
